Support run
07/23/07 01:07 PM
We are scheduling a few
meetings this fall to raise additional support that
we need before we get too tied down to be able to
leave. Pray God would give us a few good
opportunities to get support.
Lizet is better
07/23/07 01:05 PM
Lizet iis the 14 year
old girl with cancer in her leg. She is now done with
chemotherapy and is awaiting the surgery to remove
the tumor in her leg.
Opportunity opened
07/23/07 01:01 PM
We praise God for the
Baptist church in Price City that has voted to allow
us to use their building for services. We plan to do
this sometime this fall Lord willing.
Lost loved one
07/23/07 12:57 PM
Jesus & Arcelia are
new contacts in Price City. We have held a few Bible
Studies with them and they have been receptive.
Recently Arcelias brother died in Mexico and she
cannot go back to see the family because she has
heart problems. Pray that God would use this to draw
them to Him.
John & Corina
07/23/07 12:52 PM
Pray God would soften
the heart of Juan as we start Bible studies with
them. He is one of the hardest men in his family. He
is a heavy drinker and really does not seem like a
good prospect, but he agreed to study the bible with
us for a few weeks.
Home for Christmas
07/23/07 12:47 PM
We are extremely
grateful to a member of one of our supporting
churches who applied her travel miles to buy Amanda a
round trip ticket to come home this Christmas from
college. What a blessing and relief to have that
taken care of. Thanks Jan!
Amanda
07/09/07 09:04 AM
Continue to pray for our
daughter Amanda as she travels with the Pillsbury
Baptist Bible College promotional team this summer.
Also pray that God would supply the money for a plane
ticket to get here home for a few weeks before she
starts school in the fall.
Support needs
07/09/07 08:55 AM
It has been our goal to
continue the ministry without taking a large amount
of time off to raise support. Pray that God would
open the opportunities to get the support we need
without taking a long furlough.
Workers
07/09/07 08:50 AM
Continue to pray with us
for workers. We believe that now is the time to reach
many of the communities in Central Utah and we need
Spanish speaking workers to advance the
gospel.
